Collect your Residents' Rewards Card
Don't forget to claim your Residents' Rewards Card!
We have plenty of exciting offers and discounts coming your way exclusive to Resident Reward cardholders so you'll want to get yours sooner rather than later!
If you haven't picked yours up yet, please follow these steps on how to claim it:
Step 1: Complete your Student Welcome
You will have received an email from Residential Support at Queen Mary when you first moved into your halls asking you to complete your Student Welcome modules. Please ensure you complete all the modules to access your completion certificate.
What do I do if I don't have the email?
If you have previously accessed your Student Welcome but haven't completed all of the decks, you can go directly to this link https://welcome.browzer.co.uk/u/queen-mary-university-london to log back in.
How do I log in?
Please enter your university email address as your username and chosen password. If you cannot remember the password you created when you first registered, please use the 'Forgotten Password' button to reset your details.
Once you are logged in, please FULLY complete all the available modules until you reach the completion page (shown below) where you can download your completion certificate.
Step 2: Download your certificate
Click on the 'Download your completion certificate here' button. We recommend screenshotting this page so you are able to quickly and easily present it to the reception team.
If you previously completed the Welcome but didn't claim your Rewards Card, you can simply log back in here https://welcome.browzer.co.uk/u/queen-mary-university-london and access the link to your certificate.
Step 3: Head to reception to claim your Residents' Rewards Card!
Show the certificate at Residents' Reception on Mile End campus or the Aspire Point Reception and you will be handed your Rewards card to access exclusive offers and FREE events!
If you are having any issues accessing or completing your Welcome, please contact: email@example.com
