Residential Life
The Student Accommodation Code
Where you live is probably the most important part of your university experience, especially in your first year.
Therefore, The Student Accommodation Code has been developed to protect your rights to a safe, good quality place to live.
What is the Student Accommodation Code?
The Code outlines everything you can expect from your new home as well as your responsibilities as a resident. It covers topics such as timely maintenance, access to wellbeing services and the health and safety of your halls. Queen Mary is compliant and adheres to the code so all residents can enjoy a safe and quality place to live.
If you would like to take a look at the Code in more detail, you can view it here.
