Refresh your bookshelf for National Storytelling Week!

There’s nothing like getting lost in a good book, and since National Storytelling Week is this February we at Residential Life want to bring the bookish goodness to our residents!

How does it work?

From Monday 3 to Friday 7 February a bookshelf will pop up in your building’s foyer, or in Residences Reception if you’re on the Mile End Campus. This bookshelf will hold a variety of books that you could take home!

If you’re interested in taking a book, you just need to bring your own book to replace it with. You can take as many books as you like, but you must donate as many books as you take.

This means that the bookshelf will always be full, and always changing!

Things To Note

This is a book exchange. Books you take will be yours to keep, and books you donate will no longer belong to you. If you change your mind you are welcome to reclaim a book you donated if it is still on the bookshelf, but you will need to bring another book to replace it with!

Please do not donate pamphlets, newspapers, magazines or other miscellaneous formats. Traditional books only.

Offensive or discriminatory material is not acceptable. If you find an inappropriate book has been donated to your hall’s bookshelf, please contact Residential Life.
