What dates are included?

Semester 1 ONLY - Monday to Friday:

Semester 1: 21st September – 16th December 2026 (63 days)

Full Year - Semester 1, 2 and Exam term Packages - Monday to Friday:

Semester 1: 21st September -  16th December 2026 (63 days)

Semester 2: 25th January – 16th April 2027 (excluding 26th and 29th April Bank Holidays) (58 days)

Exam Term: 4th May – 4th June 2027 (excluding 3rd and 31st May Bank Holidays) (22 days)

How do I buy a package?

The packages are available to purchase on the Queen Mary eshop, for Semester 2 ONLY and for the Semester 2 and the Exam term (Semester 3) - dates covered are shown above and meals are served Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays as shown).

How does it work?

• You will be provided with a QR code to access your meal plan.

• Your QR code must be presented and scanned at the till before your meal credits can be redeemed.

• Your package starts on Monday and ends after the Friday dinner service.

• Any unused meal credits will expire at the end of the week and cannot be carried over to the following week.

You can miss a meal and use it later in the same week (e.g., skip lunch Tuesday, use it Wednesday), but it must be used before Friday dinner.

What type of food is included?

You can purchase any item available in food outlets operated by QM Food, but you will receive a discount only on select items.

Discounted: Breakfast, main meals and hot food produced by QM Food team

Not discounted, but can still be purchased using your allowance:
