Find out how to pay, instalment plans and FAQs

Congratulations, you've received an offer from Queen Mary University of London! Next is the less-fun part, tuition fees.

We know it can be a bit confusing learning about different payments and finances with the university, so we've broken down the key resources for you to help you find the information you need.

Tuition Fees FAQs

Queen Mary's Tuition Fees FAQs are more general questions that cover a lot of bases, but include international/home fees, instalment plans and also how to pay.

The Fees Office

The QMUL Fees Office manages tuition and accommodation fee payments. One important note is that they don't accept in-person card payments for fees.

AskQM

AskQM is a way of managing student enquiries to make submitting and getting answers to questions quicker and easier to access. You can use the self-service tool to find speedy answers to your questions, or you can submit an enquiry.

Advice and Welfare

You can also reach out to the Residential Welfare team; they aren't just there for well-being, you can ask them for 1:1 money advice too. Finance plays a big role in mental and emotional frustrations, especially being at University when you're learning to budget, etc.

You can contact a member of the team - residentialwelfare@qmul.ac.uk

All tuition information is located on the Queen Mary website, but if you still have any other questions, you can fill out the AskQM Enquiry Form.
