Where to collect your keys

The key to your new home!
At the start of September, you’ll be able to book your arrival date and time through the Arrivals Pass section on your accommodation account: residencesonline.qmul.ac.uk
You’ll get an email when bookings open. Arrival slots are first come, first served.
Once booked, you must print your Arrivals Pass and show it when you move in.
If you want a quieter time, Sunday 14 September is expected to be less busy.
Key collection points
- Collect your keys from the Aspire Point reception (open 24/7).
- If you’re arriving overnight, please book the last slot of the day.
- Keys available from Blithehale Court reception (open 24/7).
- Overnight arrivals should select the last slot of the day.
- Keys available from the Security Lodge at Charterhouse Square (open 24/7).
- The easiest way to find your key collection point is by downloading our campus map.
- Keys available from Sherren House reception (open 24/7).
- Overnight arrivals should select the last slot of the day.
- Key collection from the foyer in Floyer House.
- Open for arrivals 9am Saturday 13 September – 5pm Sunday 14 September.
- Outside these times, here are the collection points.
⚠️ Note: Floyer House has no lifts.
