Staying in London this summer?

There's plenty to do for those staying in halls over summer! London is packed with exciting activities, scenic walking routes and great coffee spots to take yourself for a treat.

Make the most of the summer sun and have fun at a London Lido! Be sure to check peak times if you want to have a nice, relaxing swim, or you might want to lie in the sun and people-watch! It's a great way to get outdoors, get some exercise in and enjoy your own company.

Or, if you'd prefer to get your steps in, why not go for a scenic walk? There are many green spaces right on your doorstep where you can pop your headphones on, listen to your favourite songs or even grab a meal deal and have a solo picnic.

Get Creative 🎨

Unleash your inner artist and widen your skillset this summer. Dear Asia hosts arts and crafts workshops, including a Chinese Valentine's Day pouch-making workshop on 19th August. This is not only quite therapeutic, but it's also a great way to meet new people, experience new cultures and try something new altogether.

You could also do some Pottery Painting (with BYOB!) at M.Y.O. You'll have a wide variety of ceramics to select to paint - mugs, bowls, plates, tiles and ornaments, that'll liven up your accommodation! Another cute pottery place in London is BonbonPottery in Royal Wharf. You can take the Central Line to Stratford and then the DLR to Pontoon Dock. From there, it's about a 10 mintue walk to the shop.
