Trip to IKEA

Grab your last-minute move-in items from IKEA!

It’s Move-In Weekend and your new bedroom needs some personalisation, so why not join us on a visit to the world’s largest furniture store?

We'll be taking an exclusive coach directly from the Mile End campus to IKEA in Greenwich!

What you need to know

• Meet us at the Residences Reception on the Mile End Campus at 2:30pm. 
• The coach will drop you off at IKEA and pick you back up at 5pm.
• You need to book a ticket for the coach online. We will take a £2 refundable deposit, and you can cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance by emailing residentiallife@qmul.ac.uk
• Due to limited space on the coach, this trip is for residents only. Friends and family who are not moving into Queen Mary halls will not be able to join you - but feel free to co-ordinate with your flatmates on UniBuddy!
• Didn't manage to grab a ticket? There will be a Residential Assistant at the Mile End Residences Reception from 2pm taking names for the waitlist. If someone doesn't show up, that spot is yours!

Mark your calendars now, online booking will open on Friday 4 September at 12pm!

Coach spots must be pre-booked through the e-shop. Please note that we take a £2 deposit for bookings, and this will be refunded after the event. If you can no longer make it, email residentiallife@qmul.ac.uk 24 hours in advance. We can't refund a late cancellation or no-show.
