She’s a January intake student, so unlike most residents on our floor who joined last September and have already moved out, she arrived later and was the only one from the January intake. These are her last two months Nov and Dec, before she flies back to her home country.

She’s been incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming, making my transition to life in London so much easier, showing me around the university, explaining how the classes, attendance code, and QMUL app work, reminding me to get my Resident’s Reward Card, and even inviting me to join her for a pumpkin carving activity at the Mile End campus and to visit the Aspire Point reception for Trick or Treats.

She truly deserves to receive this small gesture before she leaves QMUL, Aspire Point, and London altogether.
