Get free advice and speak 1:1 with an immigration lawyer

The Queen Mary Advice and Counselling Service are looking to set up another EUSS Advice Surgery next Tuesday, on 2 June.

An EUSS Advice Surgery is where people can get free specialist immigration advice relating to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS). People will be allocated 20-30 minutes during which they can speak 1:1 with a regulated lawyer from immigration law firm, Seraphus, about their particular EUSS issues.

In April, two EUSS advice surgeries ran, which were well-attended and extremely helpful to participants, especially in addressing some of the more complicated issues within EUSS.

If you are interested, complete this form here by 9 AM, 1 June. We need at least 5 people to set up an advice surgery. You’ll receive an email from welfare@qmul.ac.uk by 5 PM, 1 June whether an advice surgery has been successfully set up; and if it has, you’ll also receive a calendar invite for your assigned slot at the advice surgery with the Microsoft Teams link to join the appointment online on the day.

Note: The advice surgery only covers the EU Settlement Scheme. If you require UK immigration support that is not EUSS related (e.g. queries relating to your Student visa or Graduate visa application), please contact us on AskQM
