At this time of year, we are aware that you may be starting to consider your housing options for next year. Housing Services provides advice and guidance on all aspects of renting in the private sector, an online property search, contract reading, and arbitration service.

If you are looking to rent a whole property in London, sharing it with your friends, you will only need to commence your search 5-6 weeks before moving in.

In preparation for this, Housing Services will be commencing our private housing guidance with our annual Private Housing Information Fair on Tuesday 11th March 2025 in the Octagon, Queens' Building, Mile End Campus between 11:00 and 14:00.

If instead you are looking to rent a room in purpose-built student accommodation, 2025-26 availability for this style of housing is being advertised from now and you should contact the provider directly for the building you are interested in.
